We are very pleased to share with you that Prayatnashil Community Development Society (PRAYAS-Nepal) Dhading has been able to work for women, children, and the marginalized community and created an identity of the local social organization dedicated all around. We consider it a great achievement of the organization to have a position as a trusted development partner power from the target group, various partners, and the local level.
To minimize the challenges of community development, we have been reaching out to the rural areas, and coordinating & cooperating with the local level people's representatives, and facilitating the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of the target community.
Prioritizing activities that support the goal of Sustainable Development, Sustainable Development 2030, especially drinking water, child-friendly education, developing positive thinking in the community, developing traditional sources of business income, women's empowerment and capacity building, and health education, and rights-based public awareness programs. , Focuses on the attainment of the minimum human rights and fundamental rights of children and the marginalized and the easy access to timely humanitarian needs.
The community itself has been empowered and has developed the belief that the program has come for me and us for our community development, not as a program partner and collaborator. We stand in today’s position because of the support from the community, the confidence in our work, the diligence of our employees, our responsibility, the transparency, and the harmony of our elders.
I would like to thank my fellow technicians and social workers for the development of the community, regardless of the geographical difficulties. Their inclination towards work, support, trust and diligence, and sense of responsibility and responsibility has helped them to work for results. As a result, we are encouraged to work harder for the community.
I would like to thank family members of Prayas Nepal, Dhading Ishwori Koirala, Sunita Kadel, Sahadev Pandit, Chakrapani Joshi, Renuka Rupakheti, and other staff colleagues for their efforts to make the annual report of 2077,078 publishable. Special thanks to Dr. Ram Kumar Adhikari, Bipina Magar, Bir Bahadur Shrestha, Govind Prasad Pandit, and all the office bearers for their support and invaluable suggestions for the publication of the annual report of the organization.
In addition, Special thanks to Rural municipalities, partner organizations, school principals and chairpersons, media and media personnel, Rural / municipal level thematic branches, women and children's groups, women's agricultural cooperatives who coordinate and cooperate to provide effective community service which led us to fulfill the vision of the organization and we expect similar support to continue in the coming days.
